Course Outline -Basic stance and breathing. Wake up Exercises, Heaven Man Earth Qigong and Swings of the White Willow. Eight Pieces of Silk Brocade and the Eight Heavenly Palm Qigong. 

In Chinese Medicine and Taoist philosophy, bamboo is used as a metaphor for depicting inner stillness and quietude, together with outer strength and flexibility.Qigong is one of the pathways for cultivating bamboo in our lives.
